  • Yes, we do accept walk-ins. However, availability is not guaranteed, so we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and avoid any wait.

  • We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 5 hours in advance.
    Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled time may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
    This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and accommodate other clients.
    To avoid any charges, please notify us of any changes at least 5 hours before your appointment.
    We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • For walk-ins, we accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. For online appointments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash.

  • Appointments can be booked directly through our website. When you click the “Book Now” button, you will be redirected to Vagaro, our secure online booking system, where you can choose your service, date, and time. This option is available for our West University location. You may also call us if you prefer to book by phone.

    If you’d like to book an appointment at our Richmond location, please call or text us directly at (832) 945-8211, as it is appointment-only and not listed on the online booking system.

  • Yes! We offer free parking for all clients for your convenience.

  • Yes! We currently have two locations to better serve our clients.

    Our main studio is located in West University – Houston, TX, at 3057 W Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77025. We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

    We also offer services exclusively for ladies at our Richmond, TX location, at 10303 Anchorage Passage, Richmond, TX 77407. This location operates by appointment only, available on Mondays and Sundays. To book, please call us at (832) 945-8211.
